This is a generally sound article on homosexuality and Hinduism, but it is heavily underpinned by a "naturalized" gender binary.  There are many deities in Hinduism that shift from one gendered form to another; externally imposed rigid gender binaries are largely foreign to the tradition as indigenously observed.
